cockroaches

to my surprise, the AC was so noisy that it was absolutely impossible to get any sleep. oh, and the presence of cockroaches? charming. i wouldve thought, staying at such a grand place, i’d receive a complimentary gesture, but evidently, that’s not in their vocabulary. just couldn’t give a good review in all honesty.

The staff were incredibly polite and attentive.

I encountered some issues during my stay. The towels provided were not very clean, and it was disappointing. Additionally, I noticed a lack of proper ventilation in the room and bathroom, which made the air feel stale. Lastly, the presence of cockroaches was quite unsettling and detracted from the overall experience.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with filtered water available and hot water in the shower, making for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay in a Beautiful Double Room. The room was super clean, and hot water was always available. The manager, Mr Ajay, was really helpful and even provided fresh drinking water. Plus, it’s just a short walk to Marina Beach 😊
